I love short novels. I’ve been enjoying Irish novels, like Coast Road by Alan Murrin and Foster by Claire Keegan. All the essentials of longer works, but somehow they don’t take less time to read. Savour them slowly. What a joy to challenge yourself and your readers with something fresh. ❤️📖Thanks for sharing your intentions. J
None of your novels has been merely repetitive and I don't think your readers would want to trap you in merely reproducing what you've done. But to depart radically from what you've been doing is courageous, and not without risk. Also exciting for us, and you too. Congratulations for staying creative!
I very much look forward to Writestar. Love both the title and the teaser you've provided. You are quite the writing machine. A novel every two years. Wow. So impressed!
Congrats on changing course and trying something new. I have no doubt the book will be a good read, with or without your usual humor (evident in this post). Looking forward to the Marionette in October. Love the dog picture also!
Looking forward to everything that you write. As you've noted, I think "Writestar" may not fit as a title for something a little more serious. But it does grab your attention. Also, a smaller and/or hard cover book is a great idea.
Terry, I am very much looking forward to these next books. You are my role model for”sit down And do the work”.
Very kind, Leslie. Thank you.
Congrats all the way around! Looking forward to both!
This confirms my notion that aging can make us stronger as people. If only we could find a way to make that true for our physical strength.
Sounds intriguing Terry!

Thank you, Janet. I feel the same way.

Thanks, Jack. I’m halfway through your manuscript. I’m enjoying it!
Great, and thanks!
Nice to see you trying to write short as well as long.
Terry, you have never disappointed me with any of your novels...looking forward to your 10th and to your short stories ... sounds very interesting

Sounds like a shift to Artisan Author.

Yay, YOU! I have no doubt your new trick will be top dog.
(Sorry - that wrote itself).
Wow! Twenty years! Congratulations on your next publication and I'm very sure you will soon come up with an idea for the one after that.
