Kenneth Welsh was brilliant in this series. And I did not blink during your brief cameo (well done!). Fun Fact: Something else that you share with Susan Coyne - you've both presented at the Elora Writers Festival!
Like everyone else "I liked the book best". However, I thought the miniseries was great even if the hovercraft failed to make the grade. I guess I sneezed during Episode 6 - didn't see you, but Tim was there :-)
Hopefully you'll be able to recover the rights and sell the trilogy.
No worries about the hovercraft. You write the scene in such a memorable, visual way that I see Ken Welsh aka Angus McLintock slamming through waves with a twinkle in his eyes steering. In fact until you mentioned it I didn’t notice that experience was absent in film. Bravo. Now let’s do it again CBC. How about Up and Down?

Jonas and Ken were perfect choices for Daniel and Angus! Loved them! (After reading this, feeling the desire to watch the miniseries again!)
